We are currently offering Free Shipping Australia Wide.
All our Refurbished products that are in stock will usually ship with-in 12 to 48 business hours of placing an order and funds being received, unless otherwise specified. Contact from us maybe required to confirm shipping details prior to shipping. Delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days, depending on which part of Australia you are located.
An invoice will be emailed to you on the day that your item/s is due to be collected from our warehouse. You will also receive an email with tracking information from the allocated freight provider to ensure that you can easily keep track of your parcel every step of the way.
Products that are shipped from a Supplier may take 1-7 business days before dispatch.
We have the rights to select any method of shipping to our customers. Vary from boxes, skids or pallets depending on size or total amount of items of the order. Please let us know if you have specific requirements for delivery. Specific requirements may apply extra fees.
You may return most items within 30-days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Contact and approval is required before a return can be authorised.
If an item is considered faulty on arrival, we will bear the cost of the return freight and send out a replacement to you at no extra cost. All the logistics of returning the item will be handled by us.
Brand-new products can only be returned if they have not been opened and are still in original packaging.
If an item is sent to us for repair during the warranty period, we will have to arrange for it to be returned to you at our cost.
If a refund is arranged you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 7 days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
