Why Recompute
We are Australia's leading provider of refurbished computers, laptops and servers. Our products are of the highest standard, all come packaged as new and with industry leading warranty. Our clients include homes and offices, schools and government departments.
What we do with our products?
We are extremely selective with our product range, only offering models that we know you can depend on. We take pride in testing every little detail during our refurbishment process, giving our customers the best quality refurbished laptops and computers that they can get! We do complete hardware testing along with cleaning and repackaging.
Do we have a showroom to view our products?
Yes we do, however, we are transitioning to an exclusively online retail model. We will have a service counter available at our warehouse, for pickups and drop-offs but there will not be a showroom with products on display. This helps ensure that we are able to continue providing you with great service through our e-commerce platforms.

Order

What do I get in my box?
Laptops come in our Recompute laptop box along with its chargers and Warranty documentation. Desktops and Monitors come in our Recompute desktop box fully covered in foam along with cables and Warranty documentation.
Do I get tracking details?
Yes you do. You will receive status updates on your order and once it has been shipped, a tracking number for each item you have purchased via email.
I have only received half of the order?
We pack every item individually so items may get split up by couriers sometimes. Please wait an extra day or two for the courier to deliver all items.
How long until I receive my order?
After payment has been cleared we will contact you and confirm all the order details. It then takes 1-7 business days depending on your location to receive your goods.
What options can I pay with?
You have the choice to pay with Cash, PayPal, Credit Card, ZipMoney and Direct Bank Transfer.

Shipping

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT.
Do you ship overseas?
We do not ship overseas, but we are happy to prepare orders. You would need to organise your own freight carrier to collect it from our warehouse.
