We are currently looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team.  

The position will be primarily responsible for:

• Being there for customers when they need technical help

• Ensuring hassle free post sales support

• Working with our supply partners to deliver the best possible ownership experience for our customers

• Contributing to the team to ensure our products continue to meet our high quality standards, and helping to drive those standards forward.

 We will look upon the following skills favourably:

• A keen interest in online retail, and customer experience.

• An IT qualification or in the process of completing one (diploma level minimum)

• Experience in repairing computers and laptops

• Demonstrable communication skills in English

• Ability to assemble and disassemble computers and laptops

• Advanced Windows troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
